The Italian Association for the Study of Clays (AISA Onlus), in cooperation with the Institute of Methodologies for Environmental Analysis of the National Research Council (IMAA-CNR) is organizing DUST 2023 – 5th International Conference on Atmospheric Dust that will take place in Bari from 22 to 25 May 2023.

The event offers a unique opportunity for mineralogists, physicists, geochemists, engineers, volcanologists, chemists and other specialists to share ideas and knowledge about the world of atmospheric particles. Topics covered range from instrumentation to measurements, from modelling to field studies, to the transport and deposition of these substances.

The 26 scientific sessions already approved focus on sampling methods, analytical techniques and the effects of anthropogenic or natural dust on health and the environment.
