Over the week-end of 16-17 March 2024, the Italian Space Agency will host the Fifth Edition of the Italian Space Startup Competition (ISSC) at its headquarters in Via del Politecnico, in Rome. The event is organized by the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), an international non-profit association to promote the interest of the young generation in the space entrepreneurship.

The competition is open to new graduates, students and young professionals, teams and startups (which have not received funds yet). Participants without a team will have the opportunity to join existing groups. All participants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.  

During the competition, participants will have the opportunity to propose their innovative ideas related to space, present their entrepreneurial project in a pitch competition to a panel of experts, win the awards allocated by sponsors and come into contact with companies, experts, incubators and investors involved in the space area.
